"Sorry, you don't have access to this integration's settings?"

As of SkyStats Lite 0.4.0 and SkyStats Premium 0.3.8, The "Settings Access" setting now also restricts users from being able to setup an integration (Google Analytics, Facebook, etc) or view and change its settings. If you think you should have access or if you need to perform a certain task like change the account, please contact the person who Setup SkyStats or has access to the Settings to give you access or perform any task(s) for you.

  1. On the Mashboard page, begin by clicking “Setup” on the Facebook card as shown in the screenshot.

If you’ve already setup the Google Analytics integration, this process will mostly be the same however feel free to follow this guide and review the screenshots if you’re unsure.

  2. You’ll be redirected to Facebook and prompt to accept whether you authorize the application to use certain details relating to your account.

If you’re prompted to login, you’ll need to login first, then you’ll be presented with this prompt.

  3. After clicking “OK”, you’ll be presented with a second prompt asking to accept whether you allow our application access to additional permissions we need to display data for your page(s). Once you’ve reviewed this information and accept, click “OK”.

  4. After this, you’ll be redirected to the Mashboard. If you’ve followed this process before, you may not be presented with any prompts and may simply be redirected to the Mashboard. (If at any time you’d like to review what permissions we require access to, please click "View Details" in the bottom right of the card.)
  5. On the Mashboard, once the loading icon becomes invisible you will be able to select a page to display data for. If no pages are displayed, or an error message is displayed, you’ll need to click “Deauthorize” and login to an account that has access to at least one page’s insights, then repeat the process beginning at step 1. If you’ve selected a page, click “Save” as shown in the screenshot. The card will flip over and a loading icon will be displayed whilst we fetch data for your page.

  6. You’ll now see vital information about your page, presented both as a graph and as individual data points. You’ll be able to hover over each help/info icon to see more information about what each individual data point means and does. Below each data point name is the value of this data point within the specified dates. The percentage below this value is the percentage change and this shows whether this data points difference between the selected period and the previous period is positive (green) or negative (red). Please see the following screenshot for further information.

  7. If you want to show or hide a data point, click the grid icon at the top right of the card to the left of the settings icon. A popup will be displayed allowing you to check (show) or uncheck (hide) data points. To hide the popup, click the icon again. Please see the following screenshot for further information.

  8. If you’d like to see data for your page within a different period in time, change the start and end date at the top just below the logo. After you’ve chose a new period, click “Update”. A loading icon will be displayed and the chart and data points will be temporarily hidden whilst we fetch your new data. Please note: Facebook only supports displaying data within a maximum period of 90 days. This means you’ll have to choose a start and end date within 90 days of each other.
